Elgin and Hall have always looked at the design of a fire-suite set as a whole and that’s why over 5 years ago they introduced the frameless inset fire, one that did not require a frame between it and the back panel. It looks neater and much more realistic in use than any other fire. Elgin and Hall have combined good design with the largest, most realistic flame picture available in the UK to give the perfect gas fire. The frameless inset fire is available for Class 1 chimneys as well as for many Class 2 flues.

Elgin & Hall Standard Inset Fire (Class I)
The standard inset fire will operate with Natural Gas and LPG and is available for class 1 flues. To fulfill the objective of creating the best flame “picture”, the Class 1 fire has a unique burner, giving a bright orange glow in the heart of the fire. The coals and the logs are also the most realistic available, and look as convincing with the fire turned off as they do when it is lit.

Elgin & Hall Contemporary Basket Fire
Elgin & Hall have designed their fire baskets to look as good as the fireplace itself. The Contemporary is available in two sizes and constructed using stainless steel both for looks and practical wear. It contains a powerful Class 1 gas burner to give a flame pattern that really looks like the real thing.
